Easy and Useful To-Do-List

There are so many things to review from 2022 and plan for 2023, with New Year approaching in less than a month. An old but gold approach is using a To-Do List. Even so, To-Do Lists can become overwhelming, resulting in us not doing what we have to do, and then looking at the list will make us feel frustrated and defeated. How can we make an easy and effective To-Do List that is not burdensome?

I will share with you three easy steps to make your To-Do List manageable. But before that, please do not forget to like ❤️👍 this post and subscribe 🔔 It will help the channel grow! Also, feel free to share this link with anyone who needs help with the To-Do List arrangements! ✍️

That said, let us check each of these steps one by one!

Wish List

To-do lists dictate what we should do, which is the most excruciating part. Therefore, why not change the title? Rather than calling it a "To-Do List," call it a "Wish List!" We might be more motivated to complete what we dread by rephrasing what we dread. The attitude "I wish to finish my study today" would be more motivating than saying "I have to do my study today," as it gives you more power and places you in control! Below is my wish list sample, but you can customize it according to your liking in Canva.

Automatic ReDo List

Keeping track of daily to-dos can be boring, especially if it is the same thing every day. In this case, automate it! With free online tools like Google Calendar, Notion, or ToDoist, you can create recurring to-do lists for specific times of the day or certain days of the week. All you have to do is adjust the ReDo List whenever something special or unusual happens! Below is an example from Notion that I took from Pinterest.

Hit List

As a child, I remember that in Super Mario, the player had to hit the enemy mushroom to defeat it and earn rewards. It was fun. Did anyone also play this game, too?

In newer games, hitting the enemy and gaining rewards are also common. What if your To-Do List could also be gamified? Create a reward system for yourself every time you reach a certain number of hits, and give yourself another reward if you accomplish all your tasks on that day. As a result, To-Do List will not be boring, and it could be a fun activity that you can tackle alone or with your friends, family, and even co-workers!

Like a superpower, a To-Do List can help us conquer our days! To make it useable, however, we must ensure it is sensible, not dreadful. Next, we need to make it automatic, not manual. In addition, we can gamify it so that fulfilling our To-Do List feels rewarding!
